Healthcare, Made Personal.
After nearly two decades in healthcare, we have had the privilege of caring for patients in almost every setting imaginable, from outpatient clinics and hospital floors to emergency rooms, ICUs, psychiatric facilities, and even patients’ homes.
Through all of those experiences, one thing has remained consistent: healthcare has become increasingly fragmented and impersonal.
Progress often comes at a cost. Measuring quality, tracking outcomes, reviewing surveys, and improving efficiency are all important parts of modern healthcare. But as the system became more focused on these things, we began to lose something just as important: the personal connection between a patient and the person caring for them.
You’re being heard... but are you being listened to? We have heard it from patients more times than we can count: “It just doesn’t feel the same anymore.” Appointments can feel rushed, automated, and transactional. Patients may leave with a diagnosis or prescription, but not always feeling heard, understood, or truly cared for.
That is why Totality Healthcare was created.
We want to bring the personal side of medicine back. Care should feel human. Conversations should feel real. You should be able to speak openly, ask questions, and know that the person caring for you is actually listening.
We believe good healthcare means caring for the mind, body, and soul and treating the person, not just the problem.
It’s time to get personal... again.
Healthcare should feel like care.
Good healthcare should be easier to access, easier to understand, and more connected to the person receiving it.
At Totality, we work to remove unnecessary barriers between you and your care. That means easier access, more meaningful conversations, and clearer next steps.
We take the time to understand what is happening, what matters to you, and what the right next step should be. Our care is designed around your needs rather than forcing you to work around the system.
We also look beyond a single visit or symptom, with attention to prevention, long term health, and continuity whenever possible.
Care designed around you.
Care built around what matters.
Good healthcare is more than treating a symptom. It is understanding the person, creating meaningful access, and making thoughtful medical decisions with the bigger picture in mind.
Relationship-Driven
Better care starts with listening, understanding, and building a relationship that goes beyond a single visit.
Accessible
Healthcare should be easier to reach. We reduce unnecessary barriers so getting appropriate medical care feels more straightforward.
Preventive
We look beyond today's concern and place appropriate emphasis on prevention, early recognition, and long-term health.
Personalized
Medical decisions should reflect the individual—their needs, circumstances, preferences, and overall health.
Thoughtful medicine. Consistent standards.
Every interaction at Totality Healthcare is guided by sound clinical judgment, evidence-based medicine, clear communication, and an understanding that good care requires more than simply addressing the immediate complaint.
Physician-Led Care
Clinical care is built around physician oversight, medical judgment, and appropriate standards of practice.
Evidence-Based Decisions
Recommendations are grounded in established medical evidence, clinical context, and individual patient needs.
Individualized Care
Treatment decisions account for the whole person rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
Clear Communication
Patients should understand their care, their options, and what comes next.
Appropriate Escalation
When care requires in-person evaluation, testing, specialty care, or emergency treatment, we help identify the appropriate next step.
Continuity When Possible
Healthcare works better when each interaction contributes to a more complete understanding of your health over time.
Our goal is simple: provide care we would want for ourselves and the people we care about.
What guides us.
The way healthcare is delivered matters just as much as the care itself. These principles shape how Totality Healthcare approaches every patient interaction.
To make high-quality, physician-led healthcare more personal, accessible, and connected—while keeping the whole person at the center of every decision.
Respect
Every patient deserves to be heard, understood, and treated with dignity—without judgment.
Integrity
Medical decisions should be thoughtful, transparent, and guided by what is clinically appropriate.
Connection
Better healthcare comes from stronger communication, greater access, and relationships that support health over time.
Ready When You Are.
Whether you need care today or want a physician relationship built for the long term, getting started should be simple. Tell us what you need — we'll take it from there.
