Not every medical need requires an urgent care visit.
Sometimes you simply need someone to listen, understand what is happening, and help determine the right next step. Virtual care makes that possible without automatically requiring an in-person visit.
Common concerns. Thoughtful care.
Many everyday medical concerns can be evaluated virtually. Your provider will determine whether virtual treatment is appropriate for your specific situation.
Cold, Flu & Respiratory Symptoms
Cough, congestion, sore throat, sinus symptoms, fever, and other common respiratory concerns.
Urinary Symptoms
Urinary discomfort, frequency, urgency, and selected uncomplicated urinary concerns.
Allergies & Skin Concerns
Seasonal allergies, minor rashes, irritation, and other concerns appropriate for virtual evaluation.
Stomach & Digestive Symptoms
Nausea, diarrhea, reflux, and selected non-emergency digestive concerns.
Medication Needs
Medication questions, selected refill requests, and treatment needs when clinically and legally appropriate.
Other One-Time Needs
Medical questions, laboratory needs, selected documentation, clearances, and other concerns that may not require an in-person visit.
Straightforward care. No membership required.
Some services have a simple flat price. Others depend on the type of evaluation, testing, order, form, or documentation you need.
Urgent / Sick Visit
Virtual evaluation for common acute illnesses and other appropriate one-time medical concerns.
Medication Refill Visit
Focused refill review for up to 2 eligible NON-CONTROLLED medications. $15 per additional medication. Controlled substance requests are reviewed case-by-case; prices may vary.
School / Work / Sports Clearances
Clinical evaluation and completion of appropriate clearance documentation. Some clearances may require an in-person examination or additional testing.
Labs, Tests & Imaging Orders
Pricing depends on what is needed and the clinical evaluation required. Laboratory, imaging, facility, and other third-party charges are separate.
Forms & Medical Documentation
Pricing varies based on the form, documentation requirements, and evaluation needed.
Other One-Time Medical Needs
Pricing varies based on your need. Tell us what you are looking for and we can help determine the appropriate service and next step.
We are committed to keeping our prices competitive. If you find a lower self-pay price for a comparable service, bring it to us and we will match the price and take an additional 10% off. We also offer repeat-patient discounts and work to provide a quick, convenient turnaround whenever appropriate.
A visit should lead somewhere.
Our goal is not simply to talk about your symptoms. When appropriate, your visit can result in the next steps needed to move your care forward.
Prescriptions
Medication may be prescribed when clinically appropriate and legally permitted.
Laboratory Testing
Lab testing may be ordered when additional information is needed.
Imaging or Further Evaluation
Your provider may recommend imaging, an in-person examination, specialist evaluation, or another level of care.
Medical Documentation
Selected work notes, documentation, and medical clearances may be provided when supported by the clinical evaluation.
A Clear Next Step
Even when treatment cannot be completed virtually, you should leave knowing what to do next and why.
Simple from the start.
We designed the process to remove unnecessary steps between you and the care you need.
Tell us what you need.
Complete a brief intake so we can understand your symptoms, concerns, and relevant medical information.
Meet with your provider.
Connect virtually with a healthcare professional who will evaluate your concern and discuss the appropriate next step.
Leave with a plan.
Your plan may include treatment, medication, testing, documentation, follow-up, or referral for in-person care.
Some conditions need more than a screen.
Virtual care works well for many common medical concerns, but it cannot replace a physical examination, diagnostic testing, or emergency evaluation when those are medically necessary.
Your provider may recommend an in-person visit, laboratory testing, imaging, specialist evaluation, urgent care, or emergency care depending on your symptoms and clinical needs.
Ready When You Are.
Whether you need care today or want a physician relationship built for the long term, getting started should be simple. Tell us what you need — we'll take it from there.
