UNLIMITED routine eligible refill requests for established medications reviewed and accepted for ongoing management through Totality Healthcare. Controlled substances are excluded from routine refill benefits.
New-medication and treatment-change evaluations as clinically needed. A request for evaluation does not guarantee a prescription. Any prescription remains subject to medical appropriateness, applicable requirements, and the independent clinical judgment of the treating provider.
Highest-priority scheduling with same-day appointment access when available and clinically appropriate. Same-day availability is not guaranteed.
Enhanced secure communication for appropriate follow-up questions, treatment updates, medication concerns, and care guidance between scheduled visits. Between-visit messaging is not intended for emergencies.
Expanded support with laboratory follow-up, imaging recommendations, specialist referrals, outside records, preventive screening, and coordination of next steps. Laboratory, imaging, pharmacy, specialist, and other third-party charges are not included.
Requests involving controlled substances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and require a separate clinical assessment. Prescribing is never guaranteed and will depend on medical appropriateness, patient history, applicable federal and state requirements, required monitoring, and the independent clinical judgment of the treating provider.
